This big chunky Burberry handbag is a great find, it is huge and gold and aged, I like a bag that has that nice worn look. That is not to say the handbag itself looks tired or anything because it certainly doesn’t, it just adds some character to the overall effect of the leather.

The color is a cross between beige and brown and it is a great way to add a little spice this fall. It has a lovely luster to it, one that really looks great with many different styles of clothing. You can wear this Burberry handbag with a little dress like in this gorgeous picture or with slacks or jeans.

This Burberry has great double straps that fit over your shoulder well. These are string and sturdy without being overly bulky. My favorite part of this handbag is the way the top of the purse gathers together. This gives some great pleats to the design and it looks really really nice. It sets off the entire design really.

The silver hardware is also very hot. I like the contrast between the warm gold of the leather and the cold metal of the silver, it is a great way to give some serious drama to the whole design.

All in all I think this Burberry handbag is a great one and one that will look great all year long.

Rodo offers this raffia flower clutch for Fall’07, and I’m not sure why. The white raffia and multi-colored flowers seem much more suited to warm weather. Perhaps this is the company’s way of letting us know where their head prefers to be? Maybe it is perpetually summer in Italy as far as materials and colors go. However, I would love to carry this little handbag with me on a winter escape to Bali, which might be the whole point. Each flower has a jeweled center and the purse also has a gold chain handle and satin lining.

Somehow, I just can’t imagine Marni’s large black fabric bowling bag carrying an 8lb sphere in this decade. It has polished leather trim, handles and square perspex embellishments on its base. The woman who carries this probably is not going to be sticking her artfully pedicured feet into sprayed down rented shoes anytime soon. This Marni handbag also has a black leather horse saddle charm on handle, slight pleating along leather trim, a zip opening on top with a padlock fastening, and is lined in canvas. This is a handheld clutch that is so perfect for dressing up your eveningwear.
