Can a four-legged creature have a more luxurious ride? The hidden pooch here is snuggled up next to Celebrity arm candy Vanessa Minnillo in a Gucci Dog Carrier. While there are plenty of people out there whose cars probably don’t cost this much, this little pup gets to sleep/poop in exquisitely tanned Italian leather. Gucci certainly takes luxury up a few notches for all creatures, bipeds or not. Judging from Ms. Minnillo’s outfit, (top from Plenty, jeans) she truly loves that canine, as that carrier probably costs about 8 times as much as everything she has on herself.

Man, Marc Jacobs loves his quilted purses. I’m just not as enthusiastic about this Quilted Fabric Stam. The combination of quilted coated canvas (available in light gray or beige) and ostrich leather trim (in brown or mustard yellow) just doesn’t work for me. The colors don’t suit each other and the ostrich is too rustic and Western to work on a glamorous purse like this. I love the stam - just not this version.

The Hair Calf Cut Out Handle Purse is definitely an unusual turn for Michael Kors, whose handbags are generally a bit more practical than this. Wildlife is the star of this show, though, showcasing your choice of a zebra or leopard print. Is it just me, or does the cut-out handle’s shape look like the angry mouth of a cartoon character? All it needs now is a set of razor-sharp teeth. The leather strap/chunky chain detail lining the top of the bag looks a bit cheap and clunky, too. A simple tobacco colored version also exists - that one is slightly more tolerable. Only slightly. Available in solids for $168 and in animal prints for $228 at Vivre.
