I’m not usually a huge fan of Le Sport Sac. It’s too, well sporty for my taste. But I do love this collaboration with Stella McCartney. Handbags like this are why I love Miu Miu so much. The label’s Coral Stones Bag, new for 2009, is an absolute gem in a sea of boring brown totes. This one is slouchy yet structured at once and so smart and polished you’ll wonder how you managed without it for so long. I know I am, because I am absolutely smitten with this gorgeous carryall. The deep brown leather is slightly distressed, so even though it’s shiny it doesn’t look too perfect. Looks like someone is reaping the rewards from the box office smash that is “High School Musical 3.” And I’m glad to see that Ashley Tisdale has put her HSM money to good use with this lovely Fendi Spy bag. The logo-crazed handbag lends her - let’s face it - otherwise underwhelming casual ensemble some luxe street cred, though I’m not sure a Spy deserves to be paired with a schlubby hoodie.
