I’m not usually much for bags that you can see through because I don’t need people checkin’ out my stuff. However, I’m drawn to this Marc by Marc Jacobs Checkmate Tote. It seems like an ideal beach bag – big enough to hold a towel, trashy magazines, a drink, and a few personal items. I always hate digging in a huge tote bag to find the one thing I’m looking for, so I think the clear (yet still slightly obscured by pattern) sides of this bag would be a blessing when I’m trying to find my sunblock! I love that there is a type of bag called a weekender. It sends me off into daydreams of impromptu trips where all i throw into my bag is a few sundresses, a bathing suit, and an extra pair of underwear. So carefree! This Marmara Floral Weekender has me envisioning frolicking in sunny California wildflowers and rocking a wide-brimmed straw hat as well. This bag is pure candy-coated goodness! It’s really just a simple while leatherette zip pouch with some colorful dots on it, so there’s not much to this ASOS Clutch Bag with Enamel Studs, but it sure it cute. It’d be lovely on its own or it would work well as a pouch for makeup or small items inside another bag. Available at ASOS for $53.
