Looks like “Brothers and Sisters” star Balthazar Getty may not be getting back with his wife after all – at least not being caught red-handed out on the prowl in London with former (?) mistress Sienna Miller. As for Ms. Miller? She may be looking a little coy, but she’s also looking pretty chic, wearing a classic cream coat, cowboy boots, and – ooh – a petite Balenciaga Motorcycle purse. So much hotter than a diaper bag, we guess.
