I don’t make resolutions, but I do have a small style-related one for 2011: to track down a great white handbag. I have never owned one, mainly because I’ve never found them versatile or practical. This Burberry Check Embossed Patent Leather Shopper is slowly swaying me in the opposite direction, though. It’s a true white – none of that biscuit, ivory or almond stuff – and is very faintly embossed with Burberry‘s classic check print, which I love. The leather is glossy, yet since the bag is so light it appears fairly understated. I’d carry this all summer long if I owned it! Find it for $895 at Nordstrom.
