I agree wholeheartedly with PopSugar: Paris Hilton looked, in a word, ridiculous, on her way to the tanning salon in this getup. The heiress put together a head-to-toe look promoting her own line: black tank top, black stretch pants, and black purse with studding and heart detail. And to add insult to injury, she donned that tinfoil thing that doubles as a hat. If this is a sneak peek at her new line, I think I’ll pass.
