Chloe Andy Satchel

Desperately dreary yet expertly designed, the Chloe Andy Satchel leaves me a little bit torn. On the one hand, I’m intrigued by its nearly perfect construction. You can’t go wrong with all that space, and it exudes a hip downtown-chic vibe that makes it instantly capable for any professional to tote from the AM rush to the PM wind down. The colors, though, are all wrong. For all its intelligence and attention to detail, it loses spark thanks to the bland green shade they call eucalyptus. Even the brown stripe doesn’t do much to shake things up. There’s a ’70s sort of feel to it, which is right in line with Chloe designer Hannah MacGibbon’s visions for the collection. Available to pre-order for $1795 at Nordstrom.

I actually love this green and brown combination and the bag, itself. I don’t find it dreary, at all. In fact, that particular colour of green is my favourite and I would definitely purchase this bag. I guess we all have our own personal eye when it comes to colour, but I’m an earth-tones girl (and a Canadian, which may answer your question as to why some of the words are spelled incorrectly in this comment, we use “our” rather than “or” for many of our words, like the Brits).
I agree, I love the color combo. One of the nicer chloe bags I have seen lately.
Nordstrom in Westbury, NY has this Chloe in a beautiful blue. Absolutely gorgeous!
