We love Dolce & Gabbana, we really do. But can someone please tell them to lay off the denim? Animal skin and metallics - fine. But low-end denim just doesn’t work with this duo’s extravagant sensibilities. Take this Denim Shopper. Sure, it’s probably the most luxurious denim purse you’ve ever seen, with its gold calfskin trim, gold hardware, and buckle details. But at the end of the day, it’s still a denim bag. What’s the point? And where would you take this to - a really fancy square dance? Methinks our Italian boys should stick to their high-end, wild and sexy style and not try to water it down.
