Well anyway, the handles were suede on one side and patent on the other. The suede side cracked and was very worn. I sent it back to Coach and they are offering me $298USD credit towards a new bag as they cannot replace the handles. I dont get my old bag back, but it is nice to know they stand behind their products! Finally a company that knows customer service
