That is awesome, it's good to see women are still choosing to stay home with their kids. Parenting shouldn't be a part time gig unless it is absolutely neccessary to support the family financially. I might have missed out on making money, but I'd rather have missed out on that then being there for my kids when they needed me or when they just wanted me.
