Understandable, brit.

I think I wanted to some physical exercise with a plastic bat and a big pillow, but that's just getting into the anger and hurt and letting it go. It may not be for everyone but I know once I was able to get angry and beat a pillow and scream at my dad, I felt better. The woman helped me to get it out and it was freeing.

The seminar would be much more than just getting angry though. I think the most part would be getting in touch with the feelings in a group setting, with a partner for support, and me getting you to take your life back and not letting what happen be a part of you but something that happened to you and help you to move on. Most people are stuck in the past and don't move on blaming everything they do on what happened to them. I realize some people are beyond that but some still may want to get in touch with feelings once and for all. Pent up anger leads to unhealthy things like porno, drinking, drugging, pack rat behaviors, OCD, over eating, gambling, over spending, over buying, hording, laziness, anger, depression, workaholic and hundreds more things.

The ultimate thing you could get out of the seminar is forgiving the perp/s and having peace again.

Sound good?
