Zac Posen’s original style comes in handy with this lovely
Abbey Satchel, available in black or ruby. The
purse’s rounded shape makes it unique, as do details like patent leather piping, gold studs, and a hexagonal buckle. In my mind this is the closest Posen has come to designing a versatile, stylish
handbag that isn’t overly edgy or odd-looking; the
Abbey Satchel has the right amount of originality but would work for most people and occasions. I’d love to get one in each color; the ruby has an autumn-in-New-York essence, while the black is purely modern and urban.
