my calories for 2 weeks
Hi everybody, I am 16 years old and weigh 180 pounds. I want to loose a lot of weight pretty quickly. I was thinking about doing the Atkins diet. I don’t want to starve myself. I do workout at the gym everyday. I only eat 1,000 calories a day. Do you think the Atkins diet will help it? I have been counting my calories for 2 weeks and I have only lost 3 pounds. Do you think if I continue to workout everyday and do the Atkins diet I will loose weight fast? Or should I just continue with what I’m doing now.
