If you need to have something repaired, you can go to Coach.com and print out a Repair Form, fill it out, package and ship the letter and your Coach item and send it out yourself for whatever price you'll pay at the Post Office. You'll need to include insurance.

You can take it into your local/nearest Coach boutique (I don't think outlets will allow it), have a manager look at the damage/whatever needs repair and they can send it out for you. You'll have to pay $20 at that time. Once the Repairs Dept receives it, they look it over and see what can be done. Repairs are FREE. You only pay to ship it to them. |
