I have seen several reasons where one has had the need for multiple abortions.
My step-sister is mentally disabled, and lives with her mother though she is an adult. She was being raped when she went to school, and became pregnant multiple times. There's no way she could have cared for any child, and no way she could have gone through the pregnancy.
What I would find more socially irresponsible is if a "whore" gave birth to all 20 children and couldn't provide for them.
