not exactly fall into computer screen but fall in love with the person that is in the other end of the computer. what factors does a person need to fall for a person in an actual life?

good communication
with this factor we fall for some and this factors can be done using the internet that is why i said that it is possible to fall in love with a real person using the internet even if distance counts as a hindrance to your relationship and can be obtain by the use of internet.
