I read the other day that studies show water doesn't really help you, but I don't know if it's true.
I also started to drink bottled water everyday instead of soda like I used to. I don't feel like I'm loosing weight at all. I actually feel like I'm getting fat

Not because of water, but just because I feel fat I guess.
Anyway, I do need to start exercising, maybe doing that and drinking water will help me to loose weight. I don't even remember the last time I exercised, sad I know.
