I drink ginger root tea when I have a sore-throat or cold. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I take a liquid supplement, with mangosteen, aloe vera and green tea. I use shea butter to moisturize my skin and products that don't have the harsh chemicals in them. I also take a colon cleanse.
