Anyhoo, I've always loved tea and I loved it even more when I found out it helps me stay in shape by upping my metabolism and keeping my insides clean (aka it's a natural laxative and diuretic

) all those antioxidants are a nice bonus, too. Plus, I get to use used tea bags for my eyes.
I jog, play yoga, dance, walk my dogs or play tennis with my friends, too, whenever I find the time. Which I usually do because I, uhh, don't do much. I'm planning on learning to surf but I'm not counting on myself on that one.

Hating junkfood helps, too. Most junkfood make me feel sick

I thank god for that.
