I don't really keep track. I drink when I am thirsty. But I bet if you work out regularly you drink what you need.
If I try to drink what they say you are supposed to drink and I haven’t been working out then I have to go to the bathroom too much. Hate that. I think that if you are using the bathroom that much then you are drinking to much water.
