I would post it as a unique minauderie from the private collection of Julie Chen. These are facts that you know right now. Trying to find the maker/design house may be impossible, and if you get it wrong, you'll open yourselves up to a misrepresentation claim, or worse.
It appears to be handmade in the truest sense of the word, not mass-produced. There are many collectors, myself included, that wouldn't care who the maker was, just that it was a unique piece.
