Neutrogena's T-Gel is effective. Head and Shoulders has a new, prescription-strength shampoo available called Intensive Treatment. I have psoriasis and occasionally develop dermatitis on my scalp. The new H&S stuff has worked like a charm in getting rid of the flakes and itch.
