What do YOU consider "Not Designer"?
This is just an interesting question, and I don't want to insult.
I consider Coach, Dooney and Juicy to be designer.
But not Baby Phat or BCBG Max Azria or Bebe (hey I can afford Bebe lol). (I'm not sure if anyone considers bebe designer, but I don't.)
