Tanning indoors in alot safer than tanning outside in the sun. When you are indoors you are in a controlled environment also the ammount of sun time is only for an exact time. So 10 minutes a week will not hurt you!
Hmmm. I used to tan all the time, but haven't in a long time. Now that I'm older (early 40s), I worry about the sun damage and risk of skin cancer. I don't remember when I did tan, if that helped the darkness under my eyes. Maybe I'll give it a try again. Thanks for the advise, I appreciate it.
