Well we rarely do fried food out after seeing the tv special fast food nation. that show mentioned that the fry oil keeps being reused and that the more the oil is reused creates carcinogens (sp) (cancer) get in your food that is fried. So the rare times we even eat fried foods now is at home with our 'fry daddy'
