hi you can try some skin toner every 4 hours that will keep your skin dry and you may get rid of pimples.

Commercially, they say Proactive works, or if you want you can ask a dermatologist to assess your condition.

best thing, IMO, is to go see a professional (esthetician) for a facial and ask their opinion.
they may suggest anything from having you change your makeup to how you clean your skin, to noticing how you talk on the phone (like if you tend to get pimples along the jawline and notice that's where you hold the receiver of the phone, y'know?)...

Toners work excellent. My personal favorite is the Clean and Clear. I can't find any that work better than that. You will be surprised with the amount of extra makeup and everything that comes off after you thought you washed your face really well. It still amazes me.

I have to agree with you on this, pradaprincess! I love toners, and it really is amazing the amount of dirt/oil facial cleaners leave behind. My personal favorite is Pond's cool, calm, & perfected. This face toner is unlike others, because it is a gel... not a liquid!

Toners are great as well getting Neutragena (spelling is worng sorry) face cleaning mask. This works well also. Plus I notice that if I touch my face alot it will get oily. If you use a phone alot clean the phone everyday with a wipe. The dirty and junk will transfer from the receiver to your face making it oily. Also wash your face during the day. I think some said to apply toner every 4 hours that will work as well.

This is the first I've heard of a toner that is in a gel form. I guess toners or any other products also depend on the the type of skin. I guess if you really have oily skin, it could be something about your sebaceous glands.

I've never heard of the gel either. I will have to check that one out.

I've tried St Ives on my face and it gave me white heads! But I've seen lots of reviews about it and they say that it works well on them. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me, so I just used it on my feet and it's awesome!

Does anyone have any experience with rash-like symptoms during pregnancy on their face, back and upper arms? I am not sure if it is acne or something else but it is terrible and I hate it.

This is what I do basically. Keep your face clean and don't overscrub it. This will only irritate your skin and make you more prone to breakouts. Wash your face twice a day with antibacterial soap, three times a day for acne prone skin. To avoid aggravating pimples, stay away from harsh soaps and fragrances.
Also, avoid wearing heavy make-up and always wash it off before going to bed. Buy make-up specifically designed for your skin type and throw it away after it's expiration date.
