Default help! i have sensitive skin..

i want to wash my face with those micro-bead lotions that clean out your pores..but it really hurts my face, and irritates it, because i have really sensitive skin.

do any of you use any facial washes to clean out pores...but you have delicate skin as well?

can you recommend anything?

I have sensitive skin, and many, many brands offer alternative products for sensitive skin. I'd recommend St. Ive's apricot scrub for sensitive skin. It's harsh on blackheads and zits, but gentle on your skin.

For your problem I am not sure how well St Ives would do to be honest. Anything that sloughs off dead skin in that kind of way would be prone to causing irritation, like the pp said-consult a professional.

Just a thought-another thing you could try would be one of those peel off face masks. Its another option for deep cleansing your pores without the scrubbing, yet a good one can help lift the plugs out of pores.

just dont use the apricot scrub too often..it might irritate your skin if you're very sensitive

My skin isn't too sensitive, but I find that anything by clearasil really dries it out and irritates it.

I think the face mask option might be best, especially if you can find a good, natural one.
