Are most of your beauty items designer, like Estee Lauder makeup and Elizabeth Arden self-tanner, or do you Duane Reade it from time to time? Are there any must-have generic beauty products? Any ones to avoid?
my friend used to be a brand manager for elizabeth arden but she didnt use them..she said her skin didntmatch it..but i guess you have to try it yourself?!
i also feel that one must not always go by the brand only. it is very important to find out whether the product matches your skin type and whether it will suit you and your lifestyle...being brand conscious is great and more important is what is good for you.

i agree..if you find a product that really suits your skin type stick to it..ive been using hte same facial scrub for more than eight years!
i have been using the same brand of lip balm for more than 10 years and it is not something expensive..it is a cheap product but suits me so well that i just dont feel like changing it at all..
