I'm a nursing mother and really unsure as to what is considered safe for weight loss whilst nursing. Above all I don't want to risk losing my milk supply, but I don't want to stay this heavy either. Should I just exercise and not diet, or are their diet plans that are considered ok?
i think exerceise is anyday a better option...there are a lot of diet plans available for nursing mothers but i would advice you to follow them only after consultation with your doctor...
I a agree with pink bag people spend too much money on these diet products and exercise is the answer. While nursing I walked the treadmill , drink alot of water, and crunches didn't hurt either. If you have to be on a diet try the Special K 6 pound 2 weeks it works great with exercise.
