i m new here and i noticed there was no thread about nails
how come?
i think nails are a part of beauty
well i m more into that because i m a nail technician
anybody get their nails done here

I have the aweful habit of biting my fingernails, I know, I know. I try to stop, but just can't. I even chew on the fake ones!

i just keep my nails clean and i don't grow it long because it is such a bother

haha..me too ive just developed a nail biting habit when im bored..

i don't understand why people would bite their nails, won't you develop blisters or something?

i like to alternate between darks and lights. my fav dark shades are a rich burgundy and black, for lights i like to use the french manicure pink.

does anyone have any idea on how to whiten stained nails??

I bite my nails (I know, I'm terrible. Am trying to break the habit, but it's HAAARD).

When I get pedicures, I'm boring and just get a french pedi. It goes with everything.

i used to have long nails and loved to paint them with different shades dependingon my mood. I even had some nail-art done a couple of times. But now i have a young daughter, so i have started keeping very short nails for the fear of hurting her.

i cut my long nails i just keep scratching and scarring my self! hahaa

I like french tips! But honestly, I don't go to a manicurist or a pedicurist, and am still in the process of learning to "decorate" my own nails. Which is why most of the times i just cut my nails short. Aarrgh! Until now I don't know how to do these myself!

My nails never grow very long, and my cuticles are a disgrace. I get pale pink manicures when I can, but I hate sitting still for that long. I prefer pedicures.

i think that paying for a manicure or a pedicure is worth the money as long as your nails look good
