I have a NordicTrack elliptical at my house that I excercise on at least 3-5 times per week 20-30 minutes a day. I also like to take walks when the weather is nice.

Definitely, my daughter keeps me on my toes! I should also add Christmas shopping too!

I do Walk away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. I do the 2 mile and 3 mile walk and I love it, it's easy and upbeat and I dont have to walk around by myself at night. The 2 mile walk is 30 minutes which is a recommended length for a brisk walk.

Wait, so how are diet pills a part of a healthful diet again?
Anyhoo, I've always loved tea and I loved it even more when I found out it helps me stay in shape by upping my metabolism and keeping my insides clean (aka it's a natural laxative and diuretic ) all those antioxidants are a nice bonus, too. Plus, I get to use used tea bags for my eyes.
I jog, play yoga, dance, walk my dogs or play tennis with my friends, too, whenever I find the time. Which I usually do because I, uhh, don't do much. I'm planning on learning to surf but I'm not counting on myself on that one. Hating junkfood helps, too. Most junkfood make me feel sick I thank god for that.

I hear that green tea is better than black tea. I love tea and would prefer to drink that than coffee.

green tea and black tea are both healthy, i don't know which one is better though because wouldn't it depend on your needs?

I think green tea is better for your metabolism but black tea's ( or was that oolong? isn't oolong a kind of black tea anyway? whatever.) got more antioxidants.

To answer the OP's question, I walk, sometimes, and run (rarely).

I'm a health nut (not necessarily a fitness fanatic, but the idea is the same I guess!), so eating well and drinking plenty of water and tea work for me. No soda, no fried foods (rarely, at least). I love dessert though, and don't deprive myself. I don't think that's healthy to do.
I work out about five or six days a week for half an hour to 45 minutes. Mostly jogging, dancing or treadmill.
Ang, I used to walk with Leslie's videos all the time. I credit my weight loss to her. It really helped turn my life around.

I drink plenty of fluids, I engage into sports from time to time, I eat a balanced diet, I do crunches for 20 minutes every other day, Get enough sleep, and encourage myself to always be stress-free.
