.....but I have been sick with something since Saturday.It started off in what I thought was maybe my allergies acting up.But I am coughing deeper and deeper and it hurts.I have almost no voice because it hurts to talk.And when I cough,I sound like I am barking.I am running hot and cold.And my mom who lives in Michigan emailed me and said my dad and two of my daughters were sick with the same thing.Now my FIL has the same thing and my MIL is coming down with it too.
My nose isn't runny.But I cannot hear very well either.
Yuck.Has anything like this going around where you all live.I'm tired of being sick.

My daughter had something similar last week. I nursed her through it and she is just fine now. Chances are it is viral, so there is nothing that a doc could do. Just try and make yourself comfortable if you can.

Bugs seem to be global these days! When I was in Sweden I went to a Sandi Thom concert, and she had a really sore throat, she was struggling to sing. Two of my friends in the UK had to go home from their tech support jobs with a throat infection too.

I hope everyone on here is either feeling better, or recovers soon!

Sounds like bronchitis. If it doesn't clear up in two weeks on its own see a doctor. Or if it gets worse.

Sorry your sick. I got a chestcold in January and ended up in the hospital for a week. Of course I have asthma.

I had that a couple of weeks ago! Go to a doctor! They will put you on an inhaler to open your throat a little, it's a major sinus infection...
