Default Easily fatigued?

I have been since 2003. I've seen almost every doctor under the sun and in two different states. I finally got a doctor who's interested. He sent me to a liver specialist and I have an iron deficiency. I'm elated! I haven't seen the doc as of yet to discuss the results but I will soon. The only bad news is that it has effected my liver and caused damage.

I wish doctor #2 would have caught this. If you feel easily fatigued and tired all the time suggest an iron test. Don't go through what I've been going through for almost 4 years now.

I would recomend it. My lack of iron has now caused liver damage. I have seen doctors about my fatigue since 2003 and no one ever did an iron test. Had someone done one I would have avoided the damage. I don't know what will happen now, but my side aches all the time. I'll let you know on the 21st what's going to happen to me.

I probably should go to a doctor too because I could sleep for like 10-12 hours and still feel dead tired, like last night I got about 9-9 1/2 hours of sleep and my boyfriend woke me up and I felt like I hadn't slept the whole night...and I can never seem to wake up on my own, he always wakes me up otherwise I think I could sleep the whole day if someone allowed me to when I wasn't working...

fatigue is a sign/symptom of many things. Just be careful when jumping to a conclusion for yourself.

Oh, me too. I can sleep for 10 hours and then still feel tired after that. And if I work for an hour and I'll be really tired. I have to rest constantly.
