I don't drink enough - probably about four glasses a day. I know I need to drink more, I just don't particularly like it :/

I've been drinking a lot lately! I think I drink more than 12 glasses in a day. I get thirsty a lot and I have to go to the bathroom a lot. It's annoying.

I do not drink a lot of water, I do need to start drinking a lot more. My boyfriend told me that I should try to drink a gallon of water a day because I can get dehydrated so fast.

Be careful of drinking too much. I heard of a lady that did a contest to drink the most water and she died from it. But, 6 - 8 glasses a day is not too much.

I don't drink enough, I know. I once read that most people don't drink enough water, and actually are dehydrated before they even start to get thirsty. Also, dehydration is sometimes misinterpreted as hunger. So the next time you are hungry in between meals, try water. I am going to try and drink more.

I always have a glass of water, I just don't always drink it like I should. Some days I do really good. Others, not so much.

I drink about 3 liters of water a day. I keep a liter bottle on my desk and just fill it up during the day at the water cooler.

okay so been really hot and humid in Illinois and I run cross country so we have practice in the mornings and its still hot. I was wondering how much water do I have to drink to ensure i'm hydrated for the next day? I was told to drink until your pee turns clear. Which mine has already. But do i keep drinking water? or do I stop? How hard is it to over hydrate? I don't want to get water intoxication, but I don't want to drink too little or else tomorrows practice will be a killer

I usually drink about 4-5 glasses a day. I've never been a huge fan of soda though.

I tend to drink too many colas during the day, but usually
switch to water in the evening. I have my personal 32
ounce cup I adore and will drink 3-4 of those per night.

I heard that you don't have to drink that much water but I mean that is a myth because regardless I drink 8 glasses a day.

I try to drink at least 4 to 6 glasses of water a day. You can really see the difference. Water is the best drink that you can drink.

Default never drunk soda

I have never drunk soda in my entire life. I've always stuck to diet. Odd thing is water disgusts me. Whenever I try drinking water it makes me feel dirty, like it's not clean. So I drink a lot of diet pop. Right now I’m on the slim fast diet, having 2 of those a day with fruit and veggies and a normal dinner. I really enjoy my diet soda. I drink 5-7 cans a day. Does this harm a diet? I realize it has no calories, but are there chemicals in it that make weight loss harder?

Diet sodas do have chemicals in it. It also has aspartame in it which is an artificial sweetenter. It is really no good for your health. You should really start drinking water. If you feel your water is not clean get a water filter. Brita and Pur both makes one. It really makes a difference. Your body needs water because water purifies your system. Just like we need to clean our outer bodies by bathing and taking showers our inner bodies need cleaning too by drinking water.

I drink around a gallon or so of water every day. If it's really warm, or I exercise more than normal, I drink even more.

It's only about noon here, and I've already had about 60 oz of water today!
