I have heard of putting cocoa butter lotion and vitamin e on the stretch marks. Not sure how effective it is. I know there are alot of expensive creams out there but I would try with the lotion and vitamin e first.

I saw L'Oreal had a stretch mark correction product I didn't know of the other day, but the surest way to get rid of stretch marks (as of now and as for me at least) is getting microdermabrasion treatments

I haven't seen any really effective ways of getting rid of them, save options available only through a plastic surgeon or dermatologist, but I have heard that tanning (via the sun or self-tanner) will reduce the look of the marks.

I don't know, since stretchmarks are kind of scar tissues already, I'm thinking tanning would make them even more visible?

If anyone has any results; I would love to hear them. I have yet to find anything to make them less obvious.

You can try Multi-Clear, a laser treatment. Not sure how much though.

Any kind of cocca butter works wonders... I apply it at night before bedtime. Also tanning DOES reduce the appearance of stretch marks. It doesn't make them physically go away, but it makes them significantly less noticable.

i've seen countless magazine articles saying that cocoa butter is best for pregnant women to avoid strech marks..i dont know how it works to erase stretch marks that are already there.

The place that does my laser treatment sells a vitamin-e based product for removing stretch marks. I asked them about it and they say it takes a long time, but it does reduce the prominence of them. I haven't used it myself, but I trust them based on the stuff they've done for me.

Stretch marks will fade naturally with time. The creams and lotions and potions that are sold for preventing and removing stretch marks are the biggest urban myth in history-only your genes decide whether or not you will get stretch marks. If your skin is the right kind-lots of collagen-you'll be ok, otherwise, you just have to learn to live with them.
