Do you exercise regularly? I try to but sometimes I just can't get myself to get up early enough to exercise because I have a lot to do during the day between work and whatnot. Any ideas on how to fit in a daily workout in a carzy buys life?
Start small. Maybe whenever you stand up from a sitting position, do a couple sets of 5 toe touches. Walk a little further each day. When sitting at the computer, do butt squeezes or ab tightens. It is amazing how you can work exercising into your day.
I do alot of walking at work so that is my exercise. However, I would love to learn of some new exercises to do in the car while I am commuting my 2 hours a day.
