As a fellow young cancer survivor, I can say that you need to be careful with your body as people like us are prone to illnesses (apparently

). I have been abiding by the Body for Life book by Dr. Peeke for the past three weeks and have been losing two pounds a week. The safest way to lose the weight is cut out the junk (including any soft drinks), drinking water and exercise. I don't like exercise myself but have been doing forty minutes of cardio for three weeks straight and I seem to be getting great results. I wish there was a cure all pill, but that's just not possible.

BTW-I heard from a medical source that Alli has a chemical that causes an extended effect of anal leakage, yuck!
