Default Weight Loss after the holidays

I gained about three or four pounds over the holidays. It's been too cold to go walking, my usual exercise.

I'm trying to get motivated to exercise indoors, but it's so boring.

What do you do for exercise when you can't go outside?

Well, if I were motivated, I'd do pilates and do some light weight work while on an exercise ball. But...I'm not motivated

I'm totally going on Jenny Craig, or Nutrisystem.
I was reading People and they showed Tori Spelling went on Nurtisystem and lost the weight after having her baby.
Kimberly Locke went on Jenny Craig and lost I think 40 pounds.
I have two friends who both went on Jenny Craig and both lost around 40 pounds in 4 months. Both seemed fine with it.

Yes, exercise ball... that big white thing in the corner that my cat is afraid of.

Default decided to take a year off

Hey, I'm 18 years old and used to play football and I decided to take a year off last year and decided to do the same this year, partly because I lost interest and wanted to focus on school and the other being I'm pretty lazy. But the thing is my fitness is bad while I've not being playing, but I'm planning on playing next year since I've regained somewhat of an interest back in the game.
What can I do to get my fitness back to where it was?

My workout regime 4 time a week

45 to 50 minutes of cardio
weights 3 times a week after cardio
sit-ups on a ball

I eat what I want and play when I want... no weight issues!

But I must say.. the eat what I want does not include fast food or donuts

I live in California. Too cold to go outside is like, 40 degrees. It is only like that for a short time, and during the night. We play soccer 3 times a week and my hubby and I do yoga ball rotation during our TV time.

Yoga ball is best IMO.

I absolutely love water aerobics - but yes you have to leave the house! The water is a lot of fun and I sure don't miss the sweating.
