Default Vitamin for breaking nails
My nails are normally very strong, but they've been breaking a lot lately.

Do you take any specific vitamin that has made your nails stronger?

Merde, aunt bea may not approve, but I suggest a dose of vitamin P. Works for me!

is it bioflavonoid?...yah this is good also and this vitamin is against for cancer and antioxidants...
