I always take multivitamins aside from Vitamin C and Vitamin E daily. And when I was still a student I was taking gingko biloba (said it was food for the brain) as an addition to the above mentioned. What about you?
I love flax oil pills, I take 4 a day and it's worked well for me. I've also started taking L-glutamine for weight loss. It worked for a guy I know, so I'm hoping it'll work for me. He just takes a pill in the morning and said he lost 10 pounds. A bottle is only like $8 at the store so Im trying it.
