Shaving 'down there'

I would like everybody's opinion as to whether you shave your privates or not. My x-husband would have no part of me if I didn't shave totally! At first I didn't care for the look, and it was what I thought, a pain in the rear to do, however, now I kinda like it, I guess. What do ya'll do?

this is a pretty interesting topic. but i think for hygienic purposes i think it is necessary to shave that if you know what i mean....

I must admit that I like it alot better when I am nicelt trimmed up. The only time that I find it to be a bit embarassing is when I have to go to the doctor for my yearly checkup. I try to let it grow out for a couple of weeks before I go in.

I am on the same page as you WorkerBea.. I am so embarrassed when I go in for my exam and well, I don't want the Doc thinking I'm some sort of fluzy!!

My Gyno thinks its a lot better to shave than to let it grow too bushy. I think he's got a good point too. Hair traps moisture, which in turn can cause bacteria, which can lead to an odor problem, yeast infections, etc. So I take his advice. I started shaving completely! My fellow really likes it too!

I've almost got him talked into shaving himself too. Or at least letting ME do it for him!

I certainly hope MINE does! I've talked to a few of my girlfriends about this too. Three of them told me that its feels soooo wonderful when both partners are completely shaved! i gotta admit, its got my curiosity up there! i just have to convince him to lets try it! I think he'll come around!

I've been shaving it since I was 17 and have no intention on stopping. It's less of a hassle for me and my husband. I'm truely scared to wax though. I don't think I'll ever be brave enough to wax there. Being bare adds more sensation for both parties involved. I'm truely not sure why someone wouldn't try to shave at least once there.

I used to shave it all off, but sometimes got razor burn, ouch!

My boyfriend wanted me to grow it out (weird) so I did, I did not like it!

But now I just keep the hair grown very, very short, by just trimmin' it , you know what I mean?

mine doesn't really grow too much hair anyway, just a subtl fluff so I just shave it anway as I think th ebit of fluff is more weird.

Shaved all the way! Its best to shave on a daily basis! You will get used to it.

laser or waxing it all is optimal in my opinion (nothing compares) but shaving will due in a pinch. NOT SHAVING at all, not an option - gross!

not being extremely clean down there is best, since skin there is more sensitive. I keep it really trimmed, and uniform. my guy likes it alot

I like to keep myself completely bare down there. However, I would reccomend laser hair removal. I just had my first session and I'm seeing results already, it's great!!
