Default Nail Fungus

Does anybody here have any good tips on getting of that UGLY toenail fungus? Please help! I've tried the Vicks Vapor Rub trick, and that hasn't worked. I've bought stuff over the internet and it won't work either. Whats a girl to do?!

Unfortunately, it is time for you to see a physician. I recommend a dermatologist or podiatrist. They will be most capable of identifying the fungus and thus prescribing the most effective treatment. Good Luck!

Well, I guess you could say a little of both. I don't post on there much, as I just LOVE to read what all those crazy people are saying! It's funny! Some of them, I presume, know each other personally. Cause they really do get crazy on there. I get the feeling theres only one female there because I've never seen any other feminine names on there. But she really knows how to handle all those guys! She doesn't put up with too much stuff from those guys! She's Spunky. This place is not like ANY other forums I'VE ever seen or been a part of either! It's like theres no moderators on there. So you really don't have to watch what you say too much. I highly suggest you check it out sometime. It's like a bad/good drug! Its addicting! :hitwithrock

that site sounds interesting & fun! are the people there pretty cool? this site has been fun, and I enjoy learning new things. some of the gals here have really opened up my eyes to some new things here, and I thank them for that. I am going to admit that I am not a really contemporary person. I am just not a person that was kinda isolated all my life here in Kansas. I just dont get out that much, so I am sure I come off sounding like a back woods hick alot of the time, but I am trying. I am trying to forget my past and work toward my future.

My mom has nail fungus. We have been taking a liquid supplement and it is clearing up her toe nail fungus.

I would love to know the name of the stuff that she is taking. I have those white streaks in a few of my toe nails on one of my feet.

I heard that if you have the nail removed that it will actually clear up faster than leaving the nail on. Anyone else heard this>

Ouch! That would hurt! I wonder if that Dr. Eddie's white root oil would help cure that? I might just have to try that. Shoot, I've tried just about everything else, that couldn't hurt. Except for maybe my pocketbook!

I have read several home remedy treatments for nail fungus:
Listerine- applied undiluted
Apple cider vinegar - mixed with warm water.

Also adding more probiotics to your diet. I just put the basics down. You can always research it out a little more to get extra help. I know that nail fungus will not go away unless you treat it.

Good luck!

There's some heavy prescip drugs for nail fungus. You have to have your liver tested before taking it. However, I think it's pretty much the only thing that works.

I'm not speaking from experience, but research from when I thought I had a toenail fungus. Wasn't though.

Yes, I've heard of many people doing this. You can do it at home, but it's best to see your doctor.
