Default conservative makeup?

I'm starting a new job and this is part of the dress code. I normally go really dramatic with the eyes so I need to change up the look. I have hazel/green eyes so I'm thinking: shimmery pink on the eyelid/berry color in the crease (MAC Star Violet) and lining with dry shadow right next to the lashline (nothing smokey) in dark plum (MAC Shadowy Lady). I'd go neutral with blush and wear a sheer gloss. Think this is conservative enough? I'm open to suggestions.

Fo me its is conservative enough, but would you like to use a tinted lip gloss instead? Or a transparent mascara perhaps? ...Just an extra.

I would think as long as you stick to primarily neutral colors you would be ok. I would try something like a light neutral over entire eyelid, darker in the crease, brown eyeliner, black mascara, neutral blush and neutral lipstick or gloss.
