Default Good hair straightener

Does anyone have a hair straightening gel they like? The older I get, the more curly and frizzy my hair is becoming.

I try to flat iron it, but I don't want to do that every day.

This stuff works AWESOME - Beauty.com - Cosmetics, Skin Care, Fragrances, Beauty and Makeup Tips

My mom has super unruly hair and this seems to work wonderfully.

I have wavy / curly hair that really DOES have a mind of its own. I also have hard water, to add to the "mess".

Believe me, I have tried nearly everything on the market to control my hair, and this is my technique:

1)Wash with (light) moisturizing shampoo.
2)Use Nexxus moisturizing cream on the ends, rinse.

Then I do either of the two:

1)Slather a small amount of Matrix Sleek Look throughout my damp hair and let air dry (my hair does not respond well to the way I blow dry). This stuff works great and leaves a bit of waive. Sometimes, I will pull my wet hair up in a tight bun for a hour or so. When I take it down, it is pretty tame and almost straight.

2)Don't use the Sleek Look, but use a flat iron. I have a Conair that dries as it flattens. Like you, I don't use this every day.

I probably do technique 1 three days a week, and #2 three days a week. My hair "rests" on day 7.

Well, my hair straightens pretty good... but I do sometimes use "Frizz-ease" straightening creme... works pretty good. And of course I straighten it after with my "Global Beauty CHI". My straightener is definitely one of the best straighteners out there. My hair stylist informed me about it, I got it, and it works great!

Yet my boyfriend got me a "Straightener on the go" from eBay not too long ago... I thought it was going to work great, bad idea, didn't even turn on!

Right now I'm using Ion. It's ok, but I'll probably try something else when I run out.

Thanks.

Hair straightens are best one to straight your hair. I am using "wavey Hair" straighten. Its amazing.Even sometimes I cant believe in my hairs that they are really mine.
