Bad blow dryer = poofy hair?!

I use a Conair Supreme 1500 blow dryer right now...It works just as every other blow dryer I've ever used - my hair still comes out very poofy!

So why is this? Is it just my hair being poofy? Or is it the blow dryer I am using?...I need to know, if I can do something about my poofy hair I'd really like to! I hate spending up to an hour straightening my hair everyday, It's not fun!

Help me?!
