i decided to do the following:
1. run on treadmill and pay myself $1.00 for every mile and put it towards a new bag (got this fantastic idea off someone else!)
2. switch my dunkin' donuts daily coffee to skim milk and splenda instead of extra cream (so yummy!) and splenda
3. do the special k diet with fat free milk
4. supplement with slim fast shakes
5. have a sensible dinner and HUGE salad
6. drink lots of water or diet coke
7. stop eating my kids' leftovers and candy!!!
