Default Easy summer recipes

Got any?

I've got Chinese Chicken Salad.

Two chicken breasts cut up and cooked with a little salt and pepper.

Cut up some:

lettuce
tomatoes
carrots
cucumber

Put it all in a bowl and add a half of a package of Top Romin noodles (only), crushed add to the top of the salad.

Dressing. In Blender:

1 cup of oil
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 of an onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp of soy sauce

Blend and pour half over salad. Add more to taste. Serve with a fresh roll loat of french bread and don't forget the crunchy chinese noodles.

Nothing right now but I am looking forward to hearing what others have. With my no oven state right now, and the heat, easy things would be nice!

That suck!

Good news is summer is here and you don't want to use it too much. Right? I'm so sorry.

Default New one.

I made white spaghetti and grilled Italian sausage.

Grill Italian sausage on low temp on the BBQ. While that's cooking start the noodles boiling and then prepare the Spag sauce.

For the white Spag sauce I used about 2/3 of a cup of heart smart margarine and melted it. I threw in some salt, Italian spice (two pinches of each) onion powder, 2 tspns of chopped garlic, and pepper. Let is simmer for about 5 minutes and take off of heat. Add it to cook noodles and toss. Serve with sprinkle cheese and salad. Yumm!

That sounds really good (and easy too!). I'm gonna have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.
