Do You.....Fondue?

I love fondue!!! Every year we go to Swisspot in Stowe, VT for fabulous fondue.

We try to find a fondue restaurant in every city we go to.

We've also been to the Melting Pot in Washington, DC.

I love the Swiss and Dry White wine fondues and also the Beer and Cheddar. The chocolate fondue desserts are to die for!!

We also have a fondue pot at home that we use quite often for dinners in winter.

WE LOVE FONDUE! The melting pot DC holds a special place in my heart! I love cheese, love choc, so there is no finer place in this world for me than the melting pot. I could live there. And die there too of a heart attack after all that sugar and fat

I actually went to the melting pot a lot when I was pregnant. I don't know why I didn't remember this till now....

Anyway it was fine in the beginning, but as I got bigger it got to be more of a squeeze getting into some of the booths. One night we went there, and I just couldn't get into the table! I was so embarrassed! The waiter had to go and measure all the tables to find me one that had more room!

You know, I don't think we have fondue restaurants in England. At least, I've never seen any.

I like chocolate fondue though - whenever I've had friends over for a girly night we have one, with marshmallows and fruit. Yum!

I love fondue! It love dipping things in chocolate and cheese...yummy, I'm starting to get hungry just thinking about it!
