What do you think of the colors on the main page?

What do you all think of the colors here http://www.pursepage.com/

the purple link colors, etc.
I played around with all different colors and Im not sure what looks good. I did black but that just looked kind of flat.

Im having a designer freshen up the page so just wanted your suggestions.
I may get a new logo, what do you think of the current one?
Feel free to say you dont like something, I didnt design it and wont take it personally lol ;0)

I don't know much about designing a website or how hard it is but perhaps having the names of several top designers on an angle faded in the background??? I hope I'm clear on my thoughts here, otherwise that could be a mess! haha

IMO, everything looks GREAT!

I like the colors very much! It's very feminine and the easy on the eyes. The texts are very easy to read because of the white background. It's very neat.

i agree with you aja! i love the colors because they're so girly and feminine... i love that the bag in the title above changes once in a while...

I think the colors and the white background makes it easier for people to read the text. Can't wait to see if you do use a new logo. Let us know when you are finished making changes.

the current design is already alright but if you feel that it needs improvement then all the better.

I like the colors. Or mabe try Purse Page in a deep purple or bright pink instead of red?

The colors are all fine with me, but I think I want more bags to be on display beside that pursepage name.

i think that you should also get rid of the black, i'm not an expert in web design though so i wouldn't know what is good or not

i love the colours on this website as they are so feminie which is what this site is about...but i would also like to suggest to put more bags on dipslay on the homepage. also u could probably get your buttons designed as a purse...:-)
